About me

Several years of the work experience in Hospitality Tourism and Casinos Field off-shore. I am professional Interpreter and Translator with Bachelor's degree in Philology Foreign Languages. Udmurt State University, Institute of Foreign Languages and Literature: 1st Department - German studies (German Philology and Literature) German and English languages; 2nd Department - Multilingualism: French English German Spanish. For the last years I have been working and living abroad in multicultural and multilingual environments, in positions of the Interpreter/Translator and Guest Relations Manager at the hotels and resorts. Every day responsibilities were guest contact, interpreting and translating from/into German, English, Italian, French, sometimes Arabic of guests’ complaints, by hotel’s doctor, lowers and other documents/contracts, to answer to the guests comments on the sites like HolidayCheck/ Tripadvisor/TopHotels and so on and so forth …etc. Direct work with troublemakers, searching and finding solution for guests’ requests and complaints, providing information; coordination and administration of different managers and workers of different hotel’s departments by resolving guests’ problems; projects and budgets; organizing the work of other guest relation etc… I have experience as a model and main actress in TV-series, Music Videos, commercial advertising, short videos etc. I was playing in the theatre at the university town's theatre there have been attending for several years acting course and playing in the short films in foreign languages and student series. I play piano, guitar, I could compose the melody and the lyrics to it in foreign languages. Music is as not just a hobby but as a special kind of inspiration for me. I have been studying for 8 years piano class in the music and arts school, also 2 years choreography and 4 years arts.
